Refund policy
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act we will offer a refund if a part is faulty and we cannot repair or replace it for you. We are not obligated to refund you if you change your mind on a purchase. In some cases, a store credit will be given upon return of the goods in new condition (solely at our discretion).
To be considered eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all swing tags with it.
